Brownies

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup cannabutter

  • 2 cups granulated sugar

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan and line it with parchment paper

  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the cannabutter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

  4. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs attached.

  6. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack. Once cooled, use the parchment paper to lift the brownies out of the pan.

  7. Cut the brownies into squares or rectangles and serve. Enjoy responsibly!
